The water heater [hot] exit hose had a pinhole leak. i.e. misty spray. When I realized what the problem was, I called and initiated an emergency repair. John, the tech, called to insure that I understood the cost of a weekend service call. When I replied that I had no choice, John gave me an arrival time and he arrived at the time specified. The work was done in an efficient manner with wonderful skills and all was well when John left.
