Ben Franklin Plumbing was referred to me by my warranty company. They came in and did all the work to get an adequate replacement for a sump pump. They dealt with the warranty company and after some back and forth with them they were able to have it replaced with a suitable one. This whole process took about two weeks. The two plumbers that came out were very personable and really nice. The sump pump is working great. It does run a little more than I thought it would but I do not think that is a bad thing.
