I was having an issue with my garbage disposal not working, so through my home warranty company, I used Ben Franklin Plumbing. This was my second time having them out and the service rep did an excellent job. He said the motor was going out, so he went in and replaced it. He was knowledgeable, courteous, on time, and professional. I would use them again in the future.
