On Sunday night our main sewer and drain completely clogged up! I had my mother in town visiting and we couldn’t use any sinks, toilets or showers. I called and made an appointment for the next day and they even had availablity for The next morning. I made my appointment for a 3-5 window because that worked best with my schedule. I later called at noon to inform them I was off work early and they moved my appointment up and had someone out within and hour or me calling!!!! Amazing!!!

Royle arrived on time and with all the parts and tools on his truck to get my problem solved as quick as possible. After looking over the problem he was able to present me with two options and prices for both. I loved having the option to choose what was best for me in my situation and royle was great at explaining the difference between the two. We decided to jet out the pipes for the best long term solution. The job was completed in a very timely manner and they were extremely clean. He wore shoe covers to protect my home from the wintery mess outside. After everything was completely they were able to take payment by card right on there iPad which was very convenient for me! Overall I had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin and Royle! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help and I will definitely call them if anything happens again!
