Not being told about the trip charge, my feeling is the $99 is a bait and switch.

I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. The $59 is our service fee. This price ensures a guaranteed service window, a fully stocked truck arriving at your property, a highly trained technician preforming your plumbing services, etc. I am sorry that the technician did not explain that to you. Our $95 drain special is in no way meant to be a "bait". That drain cleaning price does hold a 3 month warranty so if you experience a backup from this drain again during that time we will come take care of it for free.
