Repair man not properly equiped

When i called in for appointment I told the lady I had a floor drain clean out problem. When the repairman got here he had a brand new machine that would only go down the main . He had to fix the brand new machine as it was not assembled with all parts tight. Never got floor drain cleaned .

I am sorry about the confusion. It is our usual protocol that we do not send our main line machine down a floor drain to clean out the main sewer. I spoke to your technician, and he had mentioned that your main sewer line was backing up through your floor drain. Due to the fact that it was a main line issue, he found the sewer clean out and augured the line from there. I am sorry that was not explained to you as it should have been.
