Mr. Wilson,
I am sorry that your service with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was less than what you had expected.
I am showing two appointments in our system that were related to the sump pump. Both appointments were scheduled for our plumber to arrive between 3 and 5 pm. I looked on our dispatch board and I am certain our plumber arrived in this time frame on both occasions.
If there was a miscommunication with our plumber, I apologize.
Our plumber, Royle stated to us that he had talked to you and explained that your sump pump 2"drain pipe could not be plumbed the way you had wanted it to be run, out of the other side of your home. This was due to obstacles that we couldn't work through and conflicts with the universal plumbing code. We installed your sump pump according to code.
You stated that you had to hire another company to do it correctly. I believe you are speaking to the grading and terracing of the dirt around your house. In that case, I believe you can understand that this type of work is more in line with the expertise of a landscaping company.
