I am sorry if our appointment windows were not adequately explained to you. We schedule appointments in two hour windows, meaning our technicians will arrive anywhere within that time frame. Our office staff calls the customer approximately 30 minutes before the technician will arrive at the customer's home. In that way, our customer's have an exact ETA as to when the technician will arrive.
Also, our technicians are very thoroughly trained. Each week they have training sessions at 7 am. It is our intent to have the best trained technicians out there who will provide the very best service possible.
