Their promptness is a true rarity these days, By and large, the work ethic in this region of the country is more relaxed, and businesses generally operate at a slower pace, but not this company!

Nathan got up to our chimney and could have easily taken advantage of us and stuck to his original price quote, or worse, told us the problem was such that the actual cost would exceed the original quote. Instead, he came DOWN on the price -- unheard of! Based upon their professionalism, honesty and character, I would use them again in a heartbeat!
