We had a problem with flying squirrels living in our ceiling. Jim came out and assessed our problem and showed us how he can abate the problem. Jim and his associate sealed up out home and set up a tube to evict the flying squirrel. 3 weeks later no more activity. I'm very happy with the level of service I have received at a reasonable price nonetheless
