I had an amazing experience with Fur & Feathers Wildlife Control. I called them to help with a racoon in the attic. I first worked with Jason, the owner. He was delightful and helped rid us of the racoon the first time, but as soon the racoon came back, I could not get him on the phone again. I didn't get a response for two weeks, but the gentleman who responded was CJ and he was amazing to work with. He came out almost every day to check on the work and only closed the hole after he was sure everything was set. Later there were two racoons on the roof and he came later that afternoon to set up traps. He answered every phone call and was kind, courteous, and prompt. In the long run, it was a fantastic experience and I'm so glad they solved my problem. They have very caring staff at this company and I'm glad they have an 18-month guarantee.
