Thanks so much for removing Mama Raccoon and her five puppies from our fireplace last weekend and for installing a chimney cap to prevent any similar occurrences. It was a pleasure to watch you work as it is rare to see anyone with the expertise you demonstrated in solving this problem. I’m sure Mama and the kids are equally appreciative as they left unharmed and can now live their life as nature intended.
