I signed up with Midway services a year ago at that time I had just moved into the house and I was having many issues with my AC and Plumbing. Midway fixed all my issues at the time the cost was very minimal to what I expected to pay for the services I got.

A week ago I received a follow-up phone call reminding me that I still had free ac tune up and check up on all my Plumbing. I took advantage of the opportunity because after living in the home I noticed more Plumbing and AC issues that I did not notice the first time around. Tim was very knowledgeable plumber. I am on well and septic he was able to explain to me why I have bad smells coming out of half the bathrooms and was able to fix my problem. He unclogged my daughter sink which was not an easy thing he had to remove all pipes since there was an unusual amount of buildup. Tim took the time to explain what I would have to do in the future so it doesn't happen again. He even took the garbage from the bad Plumbing and disposed it in his truck since it had such a bad odor and did not want to leave it in my garbage can. He wore shoe coverings to make sure he does not dirty my home.

Following came Charles Forester the AC technician. I was having issues with my AC not cooling off correctly and building an ice pack around the main unit I have bought 3 AC technicians in the past 5 months to find the problem even though I paid a big amount of money to each of them nobody was able to self that issue.

I was very surprised that Charles was sent out at no cost to me to check up my AC unit and do a normal tune up. Charles found the problem to why my AC was not cooling and freezing around the main unit. He was able to find the freon leak. He filled freon in the AC unit close to holes that were leaking out freon tuned up my AC unit all this at no charge. I just got home from work to see that my AC is working wonderfully and there is no bad odors coming out of my Plumbing.
