Thank you for your feedback. We wanted to fully address your concerns. Therefore, we have conducted a thorough assessment of the service you were provided.

When our technician arrived, we found that the drain lines were impacted with grease. After further investigation, we discovered that the drain line was piped incorrectly. There were pressure fittings used instead of drainage fittings. Indeed, the pressure fittings were the cause of the problem because they do not allow proper flow.

Midway has been in business since 1957 and we pride ourselves on resolving issues the correct way. Making repairs correctly, does indeed, cost more. Our estimate included repairing the drain line to code and jetting the line with a one year warranty after completion. Also, we were going to camera the line to ensure proper results.

Cabling a line that is so impacted with grease would only be a short term fix by poking a whole through to allow limited drainage. The problem will return probably sooner than later.

Again, we genuinely appreciate customer feedback. We apologize that you were dissatisfied with our pricing. We realize that we may not be the least expensive home services company in the Tampa Bay area, but we value very much that you gave us the opportunity to give you a free estimate.
