I had an emergency on Thurs. with my water heater. another company made the situation worse and left me in a bind. I remembered Midway, called the office and told them my dilemma( I was so upset), and was told that a tech. would be out, and I tell you Terrance came to the rescue. I had a new water heater by 5 pm. Thanks Terrance, and God Bless
