In October we had new A/C unit installed. We were told we would get 2 unit check ups per year. Today, May 4, 2018 I called to schedule one of these check ups and was given a date of June 1st when someone would come out. Nearly a full month out! Unheard of. Then after I calmed down over that, I asked for a time when we could expect this person, and was told "before 5:00pm". Again, unheard of. You make a schedule a month away and can't provide the customer a time? Wish I knew about this poor customer service before dishing out over $6,000 for unit. Midway has lost a good customer for life and a poor recommendation as well.
