Woke up on a Sunday morning with half my power out, including my fridge, home office, and WiFi. After trying all morning to get another company to call me back, gave up and called Midway. I was thrilled when Kevin returned my call within 5 minutes. He came, he saw, he gave me options. Within a short time, had my power back. I used to teach customer service and Keven (and Midway!) has it in spades! Would recommend to anyone!
