I needed a sewer line snaked. Called MIDWAY and was greeted by one of your employees. She was extremely helpful and courteous.We got all the scheduling completed and a time frame for the technician to arrive. I was called the next day to reconfirm my appointment. Due to unforseen circumstances with a prior job I was ASKED if I could wait an hour or so more. I concurred and when the tech got here the job was completed witout any problems. That is other than dodging rain cells.
