Was pleased to be able to get same day appointment. Phone representative was pleasant and helpful. Our Service Technician, Jason, was outstanding! He worked extremely hard on our issue. Jason explored different methods and sought various solutions to our leak problem. He was able to locate the cause of the leak, determined to be a previous faulty installation which was covered by labor. Jason was very professional, made sure we understood options and even pointed out the various intricacies of his work. He kept us informed of all his steps along the way, which lasted 6.5 hours! Jason did not complain one bit, sympathized with our situation and obviously takes great pride in his work. I hope he his commended by his supervisors for the customer service he gave to us. The only complaint we have about the company is that we were charged for added refrigerant that was lost because of the leak caused by a previous Midway installation. This issue in no way reflects upon Jason who did whatever he could to work with us. Our sincere appreciation for his efforts during the long service call.
