The service person was very nice and the work performed was good. The air conditioning system works good again. HOWEVER, he left the gate to the back yard open, causing us to look for about two hours to find two of our dogs. The third dog was found by someone else and thanks to his dog tag was returned to us later. Please instruct your service people to be sure to close any gates behind them. THIS IS IMPORTANT!
