I had the people over at Integrity Air Conditioning do the insulation of my home recently and I am very pleased with the results. Prior to their work I would have to run the heat and air non-stop because the insulation was so poor. Now I have to run it about a quarter of the time because the house stays cool/warm. It was a little pricey to have the work done, but in the long run it will save me a ton not having to run my units so much so I don't mind the price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to redo the insulation in their home!
