Our whole experience with Integrity Air was pretty long and drawn out. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with our air conditioner, so they just kept sending people over and over. None of the people they sent were able to do anything. This was in June, so it was awfully hot out. Eventually we got so frustrated that we hired a different company. They came out and fixed it the next day.
I hate to give a negative review, but it is what it is.
