I have been using First Class Cleaners for around 12 years. I use them for both alterations and dry cleaning services. They have fair pricing and are competitive with other dry cleaning services in the area. My clothing is always very clean and they can get out almost any stain. I appreciate that if they can't do something they tell you right away. In the past, they have lost a couple of my items but they always make it up to me and really put the customer first. I think the key to their success is the manager, Jenny, she has excellent customer service skills. I will continue to use First Class Cleaners for many years to come.
