Interstate Roofing re-roofed my house and put new gutters on and the quality of the work, I have no qualms with whatsoever. The people that I dealt with were all very professional and I like what they did and how they did it.

I expected it to take a little less time and I thought it was difficult to get good and prompt communication at points. There were a few different times when I thought it would be much more simple to get a reply and the last issue about communication was perhaps the one part of the process that made me think that I was spending a lot of money, much more money than I anticipated, and when I had to repeatedly email to try and get an answer I thought that maybe they could have done something, a text an email a phone call, something, to keep me up to speed.

I think again, I did appreciate everything and all the communication that happened with the people that I met and it was also great that they were the only company that handed me a full plan that made sense to me for my house which is in a extreme location with a lot of extreme nature around it. I was concerned about a number of issues regarding dealing with the elements and they showed me how they would deal with that to address my concerns about the nature around. The answered all my questions about that.
