This company came under Sears Warranty to service dishwasher. Sears told us not to pay $60 service fee as we had already paid to another company and Sears would take care of it. The service man said he could see the problem that the dishwasher was not draining but did not know what the problem was so he would have to go research it. He went back and filed the report as nothing found. Then it ended up being a fight between them and Sears Warranty. Will never do business with either again. The serviceman was dishonest by seeing there was a problem, telling me he saw the problem, saying he needed to research it and then going back to the office and saying no problem found. Then the office staff had the audacity to tell me it was his word against mine.
