I Felt It Should Have Been Finished in One Day
I had Proserv out to fix my washing machine and I would say it could have gone better. It took them two visits to get the thing fixed. The work was done under a warranty that I had just spent about $300 on a couple of weeks before, and then I ended up having to take off work for two days to be there for the technician to come out and visit, which cost me an additional $500, so I wasn't very happy about that. His first visit he was here maybe 15 minutes and said that it needed a new pump. It was about 1pm when he came, maybe 2pm, and I know of a place where the part could have been purchased and put in the same day. Instead I had to wait 2-3 days for them to come back and take a second day off work. Each time I take off work in order for them to come work on my equipment it costs me no more or less than 250 per day. He did fix the problem, but I felt that it should have been done in a day and instead it took two.
