Proserv was great. The service man was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and he answered a lot of questions in my mind and he made sure that everything was working right before he left the property.
This was the second time, our home insurance policy had them come out and replace a garbage disposal and because of that, when we found out that the home insurance company wasn't going to cover the water leak, we had Proserv come back to find out where inside the house the leak was coming from. What they found out was that the leak was outside of the house so we are reaching out to the home insurance again to see if they will cover the cost of the repair. If they don't pay for the repair, we will definitely call Proserv.
The guy here knew more about what was going on that the company did.
