They arrived without a garbage disposal that I needed then tried to up sale. When I complained because they wanted $100. to upgrade the disposal and I checked at Lowes the upgrade was only $7. they got mad and told me the only way they make a profit is to up sale and I should pay it. Sorry if they underbid the original job through our home warranty but that is their problem not mine.
