Pauline is not here, she is away in a reunion but I'm her husband and I can tell you that Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating would not be happy with what she would have to say about their service. I can tell you though that she wasn't very happy at all.
They pretty much came and they didn't fix the problem and they still charged her $1400 and then they came out and tried to sell her another unit for the house afterwards. I'm telling you this is the first and last time that we will ever use them.
