Windy City is a very reliable company. The technician Andrew is very promo, honest and down to earth person and we did not feel taken advantaged of. He did his diagnostics step by step and we did not see him rushed his job. He was able to find what's wrong with our air condition and replaced the part and my house was called off in no time. After he left, he also called back after 2 hours to check if everything is alright. We recommend Windy City whole heartedly due to our personal experience.
