Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating did a good job. This was our first time using their services. We found them on the internet. They came to inspect and repair a few air conditioning units for us. The work turned out good, however, their technicians were not prepared. They did not bring their own ladders, they had to use ours. When they left they did not put the ladders away. I spoke with Vern about this and he assured me he would talk with the tech teams to advise of how to properly be prepared for jobs. The technicians did the work well, the units are working well. If you choose to use Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating my recommendation is to work with Vern when you call in, be clear about what you want.
