I had just bought a new home, where new air conditioning units were put in as part of the sale. It turns out the units were not connected, so I called Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating. They had someone out that day to get started. It's a two-story house, and I wanted at least one of them working so we could have heat. The tech not only got it hooked up but scheduled someone else to come out and double check to make sure both units were working. They were very nice and I really appreciated their work. I would definitely use them again.
