This was the first time I've used Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating. They had to light my pilot light for my heater. They got it lit quickly. They were in and out, and I'm glad because the weather's cold. I would continue to use their service in the future because they said they'd be here on time and they were. They were quick and efficient. I would highly recommend Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating. I would tell a potential customer of theirs if they needed service, they're the company to do it. It was not only easy to schedule with them, but they were easy to work with as well. The girl called me in the morning. She kept me apprised of timing and when they were going to be here. They were very polite and courteous. Even more they were very respectful of my home.
