As always this company and personnel are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had a new unit installed last August and it is working fine. I also have renewed the Premier plan that gives me free cleaning and inspections twice a year. I have had this policy for 3 years now and it assures me QUICK service PLUS discounts. Windy City has excellent techs with no high pressure sales If there are any concerns they are quick to explain and work with me. I am pleased with their service.
