I had an excellent experience with Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating. They were really responsive to my call and really easy to schedule with. The technician came out promptly and worked efficiently to complete the job quickly. He was here and gone within an hour. I loved that he was professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. He went through the attic, found the problem, and replaced a switch. He was very informative and answered all my questions clearly. I found it reassuring that when he found the problem, he said it was no big deal and it made me feel a lot better. The replacement switch ended up being super cheap and even less than the quote that he initially gave me. The paperwork and payment process was very convenient and easy. Everything has been working properly since he left. I had no problems with the service and am happy with how everything turned out. This was my first time using Windy City and I will definitely use them again in the future.
