I've been working with Windy City Air Conditioning and Heating for quite some time, a few years actually. When I call them they arrive promptly and are here when I need them. Lately, we've been having the same gentleman come out for the last three visits. Before that, it was a bit difficult with them always changing, but now we get the same guy each time and that's nice. I like it because you get to each other a little better. In the years I've worked with them their rates only went up once, which to me is not a big deal, so pricing is not bad.
