I like that Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating treats you like family. They came out of the woodwork to help me when I first started. I called Paula, who said it wasn't a problem and did what she needed to do on trust, and I've been using them ever since. Their turnaround times are good, and there are good people at Windy City--a hard-to-come-by quality these days. Some recent work they did recently involved a condenser that had frozen up, Windy City replaced it and it is good. And they will replace an entire air conditioning unit in the next few weeks.
