The technician, Rene, was very nice and very helpful. He not only explained to me what he was doing, but showed me step by step. He helped me find the best solution for the issue I was having without trying to "upsell" me. I felt that he was very honest and sincere in his recommendations unlike many companies out there who just want to make an extra buck off of you! Great job!!
