Disappointed

The technician stated he would not work on my old AC unit because "pieces were falling off in his hands". His recommended solution was to buy a new unit of course. I called a real mechanic and he was able to fix it. He was on my roof for 2 hours and it works nicely. He was honest in stating I had a small leak in my freon but nothing gushing that would leak out immediately. I will buy a new unit soon but not from your company. In the meantime I have AC and I appreciate that more than anything.

I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. In looking at the details of this call, you have a Goettl AC unit that is over 20 years old and out of Freon. The repair on this unit would have been costly and it has been our experience that on a unit of this age, continually repairing the unit makes for a very unhappy customer and your money is better spent on upgrading to a new more efficient unit. I do however apologize if my technician did not fully explain your options to you
