Windy City Air Conditioning & Heating does our service every 6 months--whether heating or air conditioning--and they are very efficient and effective and don't try to oversell. They are not trying to make money off of us like other companies in town have in the past. They are very honest, and their technicians are very easy to talk with and very informative; and, we really like the manager who has really been fair with us.

They replaced the core in the air conditioning unit that had rusted out--and they gave us a fair price and were able to get the work done within a day. They were very efficient and we were very happy with the service. Everything is working perfectly and we haven't had any issues.

We like Windy City because they are just really honest. And, it's nice to have preferential treatment with them because of our maintenance plan that bumps us to the top of the list so we don't have to wait as long, cutting the wait time significantly--and that's a big deal. Their maintenance plan is very reasonable and they have one of the best prices in town from what we've been able to research.
