We really appreciate Paula, she is always great to work with. Windy City Air Conditioning and Heating does a semiannual service on our air conditioners and furnaces and we have had no problems. It always ends up fully functional! In our most recent job, we had a total of three air conditioners replaced, and again, no complications. Paula has a guy named Andy come out to do the work and he's also great. We have been with them for about five years now, so Andy really knows our house and systems and does super efficient work. I would recommend them to anyone! Five out of five all around!
