Rep Showed up 40min early despite being advised to come at 5pm or after. Instead of waiting for me, while I had left work to meet him and was on the phone with him while driving, rep insisted to tell me all details over the phone. Naturally I could not take notes or remember anything he said. In addition he refused to leave written information for me to review in order to make a decision due to company policy. Instead his concern was if I could make a decision on the spot that night, while I was driving I assume. After I made it clear that it is impossible to make a decision over the phone, rep was not willing to wait for me and hung up the phone. Main office did not seem to care to make up for the poor handling of the appointment. The only thing they suggested is to email me a quote on the next day.
The takeaway is that had to adjust my schedule in vain to meet somebody, who showed up early and did not wait for me. I was not able to receive the information I requested the appointment to begin with, instead was left frustrated dealing with the rep on the phone. As existing customer of this company, I could not believe how they handled this and naturally will not use them anymore.
