I was told there was no fee for a service call to take a look and check out the problem. Therefore I understood that to mean there was no fee to come take a look and check out the problem. To go one step further, I assumed that there was no fee to come take a look and unless there were any replacements or repairs, I assumed there would be no charge. To make a long story short I had no replacements or repairs because the technician was able to relight my pilot light in a matter of minutes. Then i was told there was a $150 fee. Then i was told it was a diagnostic fee. Say what?
I've already talked to the rep about this but still feel unhappy with the overall communication and therefore woudl be able to recommend your company to anyone. Its best to be straight forward and i dont feel like your company was in this case.
