Our technician Pablo Estrada was very knowledgeable and courteous. He immediately identified the problem and made the necessary repairs making sure that we were clear on everything that was needed. He took extra caution in working around the new tile and wood flooring that had been recently installed and meticulously cleaned the area were he worked leaving no trace of any repair.
