Had a great technician, Elton, come and service the home. Wonderful professionalism, nice, and punctual individual. We were having issues with two toilets and a sink. He fixed the toilets in minutes. Even though the sink job is still in progress, we are being seen to with care. We appreciate Reliance for going above and beyond to ensure prompt handling of claims and issues.
