Poor on time service
Reliance came out 3 times over 4 days to fix a sewer blockage. They did not have the right equipment during the first trip. The next day, another technician was 6 hours late. The 3rd time, he was 2 hours late. Although the technician was professional, Reliance lacks transparency and honesty when they cannot show up on time. Poor customer service.
