Troy arrived 5 minutes early than the scheduled appointment time and was very prepared to fix the drain. He was very professional and also very pleasant and fixed the problem rather quickly. We were surprised that the company was running a special on drain clearings for $20.18 instead of the usual $99. Even though we called a couple of days after the start of the new year, they extended the discount to us. We are very pleased with the company and will definitely use them again if a future need arises.
