I buzzed Min into my apartment complex and then went to my front door to let him in. I live on the 2nd floor next to an elderly lady. I saw Min helping my neighbor carry her suitecase up the stairs!!! What a great first impression. He then was very friendly and introduced himself. He put on shoe covers and got straight to fixing the problem. He explained everything in details that I could understand and made me feel very comfortable. Upon completion he started to clean my floor!!! I told him not to worry about it- I had a shop vacuum and would take care of it. He replied, “I like to leave every place I come to cleaner then I found it.” I was his last call, late on a Friday night and he went above and beyond.
