We used them for maintenance service before. This time when the temperature was 100+ and the air conditioner stopped working on Friday afternoon, we called them. The earliest they could come was Monday between 2 and 4 PM. They sent a confirmation via email. We are old retired couple, we can't tolerate heat well. We suffered the heat without A/C all weekend. Monday, about 10 AM, they called and cancelled on us and offered another appointment for Wednesday. We declined. We started to call around, and found somebody who promised to come Tuesday morning at 8 AM. He came as he promised. From now on we'll use him. As a warning, we have told our story to all our friends.
