I would give Grander Home Loans high votes on everything. There were no surprises. I was a little worried about doing a refinance online and it just seemed like it might be better to work with someone locally, but everything worked out fine in the end. The only problem we had was getting a local appraisal, which took forever, but that wasn't Grander's fault at all.

As far as the price for their service, they say it's a no-cost loan and basically that's what it turned out to be. No cost to me. There were no finance charges. It was much better I think than dealing with someone locally. I was a bit skeptical at first but it turned out OK so I was very pleased. The loan agent i worked with (his name was Jevon) was excellent and I would highly recommend him as an agent to work with. I'd like to send my thanks out to Grander Home Loans for their excellent service!
